MT | If you are serious and committed long germ to achieving results and keeping them. I suggest start immediately with removing high fructose corn syrup and anything similar from your diet forever. It is in a long list of food items not just sodas.
One doesn't have to even be on a diet. Just simply removing this junk completely from your intake and those you care about can and will make a difference.
You can do a search to find out common things it is used in as an ingredient. In time it may go through yet another name change.
