Minnesota | Over double what they had been about a year ago, will they come down by spring or not? If they do, will these box store keep the prices up or follow it down? What's the main driving force behind it, I can't believe there is that much more construction going on than a normal year, I've heard covid slowed down sawmills? Who knows if it's actually true? I suppose lumber futures have rallied quite a bit. | |
