Starting the process to unwind my C corp. Big problem, how do I get the retained earnings out with minimal double taxation.
Dividends are taxed at 15% fed and 4.5 state
I can take cash wages which will be a wash on the income tax side but then I get hit with 15% SE tax.
Anyone have any creative ideas. I know I know I need to talk to my accountant
