North central TX | My rate for anything these days is $30/hr on up. If I've got to do something as mind-numbingly boring as picking up broken glass, I'm getting my money. If if it's a skilled job at all (like running equipment) I'll start at 45. Remember, The insurance may try to negotiate that down. Even if they don't, I'm sure your family has paid in to their executives disgustingly high salaries more than their fair share.
I'll add, I'd cover my costs and see if I could help with the deductibles or overruns with any extra if they'll allow
