I69 passes about 3 miles from me. I find any construction from Flint to PH is usually smooth going (60 MPH). Usually tracffic is moving 62 MPH, otherwise speed limit is 75 most of the way. I haven't been west of Flint recently.
I'd definitely take I69 verses I94 (through the D) or other choices.
Best route to Port Huron, MI, bypass Detroit??
