100 lb/ac of Nitrogen is very close to 100 kg/ac of Urea, it’s a common shorthand conversion and that’s how you ended up with your 12,000 kg total.
You probably want that 100 lb/ac of Nitrogen. Take the rest of your urea and broadcast it over the field, right before a light soaking rain if you can.
