I doubt your blanket statement is true. If it wewre, why would the percentage of refunds for the corn checkoff program be so low? I don't know the percentage, as I'm not directly involved anymore, but if I remember correctly, for years it was less than 10%. If "everyone" was so against it, I think that number would be way higher. and as I said before, the votes have never been very close at all. | |
