West Central Ohio | I have seen good results using intermittent fasting; i guess more accurately time-controlled eating.
Started with the daily 16-8. Wasn't see much progress so I extended it to 20-4 and am seeing good results.
Was borderline Type 2 before. Had purchased a basic glucose meter a few years ago. Using it now to keep an eye on my levels near the end of my fast.
Usually down to 60-80 before my eating period.
Seem to be losing fat easier than I did 15 years ago using traditional dieting techniques.
