Some people hit a plateau then start losing again in a month or two.
Some people loose weight by eating more. Counterintuitive I know. Just don't eat the insulin increasing foods. If the body senses a lowering of energy intake it can lower metabolism by around 300 calories a day, working in the wrong direction.
Poor sleep and or stress can raise cortisol enough to stop fat burning.
