She brings out not everyone is the same. Some people do better on higher fat, some people don't. Some people can eat dairy, some it causes problems.

Kind of long and boring for me. I like the more technical stuff instead of the personal stuff. I just remembered this one as my wife was watching it. I find some of the comments below the video as interesting as the video itself.
Edit: about 20-23 minutes in she starts talking about the amount of calories she eats.
