| It is really hard to do above ground scouting with a cell phone. They arent looking for people they are looking for changes in facilities which 400ft up you have a better picture then ground level..
Social media is probably used as well but that is a lot of noise to sort through. Much harder then, we know the exact location this was shot and it is an area of interest. And it is closer then any spy weather balloon ever got
However i suspect this also has to do with getting the us drone industry going again. They really got priced out of the market.. | |
