you should be more worried about the crash in resale value.
nobody wants one of those. Seriously, a person with Jim’s assets should worry about resale on a $28,000 vehicle? If the batteries last 8 years, and he drags it into the weeds, it was still fairly reasonable transportation cost for that timeframe. My wife bought a new Buick Enclave in 2022, she gets new vehicles every 2 years. I have never seen a vehicle take such a hit in depreciation after 2 years. Almost as much as Jim’s purchase price. |
