Personally I would not touch one of those hertz rental evs with a 10 ft pole. They have been driven by people who had no idea how to drive an ev or run the wheels off by Uber drivers and are the reason tthe Hertz CEO recently lost his job.

You might find a good one but they can be a real money pit, even more so than the usual rental car. Find one coming off of a lease from a dealer.
