Subject: reduce intake and consumption frequency of HFCS foods and drinks

Mr Green Jeans - 6/28/2024  removing high fructose corn syrup and anything similar from your diet

Table sugar would be similar. HFCS is 55% fructose (or thereabouts, can be a little different) while table sugar is 50%. In all practicality the same. Fruit juice is also concentrated with fructose. The whole fruit not so bad as long as a person does not gorge on it.

I would say very small amounts a person can tolerate pretty well, especially if they are healthy and not insulin resistant already. It is excess amounts or eaten too often (or drank) over a long period of time that plays hell with the body.

The dose makes the poison.
