Curious, if the battery is dead, and it is running strictly off of the engine, it will make 70mpg? That doesn’t seem possible.
You don't count the charge you put in the battery beforehand.
The 70 MPG comes from storing the energy you get from slowing down and descending hills,
and putting it back into assisting the car to get more miles from it. |
