MT | Needed assistance with something pertaining to future purchases from both John Deere and NH. Contacted the corporate offices of both. John Deere corporate employee instructs me to contact dealer but my closest dealer doesn't stock hay equipment. New Holland corporate called me and says she is glad to help and will get right to my request. No dealer needed.
Things appear to have changed with Deere in other areas as well. Corporate used to send things by mail but appears that is a thing of the past? | |
