Subject: Calculating hydraulic capacity for pump

I have an allen 8827 that i am going to put a tank on and a 540 pump so it has its own independant hydraulic system that way I can pull it with my old farmall M. I believe the rake is 12 gallons per minute so Id just like to know how big of a tank I should put on it so the oil doesn’t heat up and get too hot.
