I doubt that cycles are determinative. Wear is more likely determined by operating hours and conditions when static e.g., are they tight in place or is there float / slop as the implement moves. Judging by the oval yokes, there is a ton of slop while operating. It also seems unlikely that Deere manufactures those cylinders- they look like a branded item.
