It is a 20' head. The dealer told me that they had ball joints backordered as well but after some looking I was told they were discontinued. As far as the stabilizer we have one that is broken and has been welded on a few times and the one pictured is cracked but has not broken yet. We plan on just repairing and beefing up the ones we have as I was told even the newer box frame ones are no longer available as well.
You need a stabilizer? I believe I have one in stock, I would need measurements to make sure it's the right one for your header...about 20 other dealers do as well.
I have 4 ball joints in stock today, 4 more on order. If they do not list them as Discontinued, then they are still available, though backordered.

EDIT: Remembered if you install the new stabilizer, you need to change or modify the skid shoe to make it work. FYI
