Did 4 batteries on the back rack of 4 wheeler,parked in the shop,run her out to the truck lot,it all would crank.I had an issue with employees and the ends getting touched together.I decided it would burn the shop down.Quit its use.Worked as a cheap unit,used semi batteries and harness and ends of warn jumper cables.Me only? I would do it again in a minute.


Our cables come off with welder lead disconnects, so the only time they are hooked up is when you're jumping something

But yes, you can weld really quickly with 6K amps of power and 4/0 cables...
