30 acres an hour and everything else you said is the most skewered math I've ever seen in my life.
Where does the weather or body allow 15 hours a day separator hours?
There wd be about 1% of the combines that do 13500 acres a year
If they did it the first year they sure wdnt do it for 3 more
No time in there for breakdowns servicing, 5 hours a day sleep for 30 days in a row?
And push your help like that? You wdnt have any help.
Your whole scenario is totally unrealistic.

The numbers are a bit bloated, but not too far off. If I’m spending $1 million for a harvester, it better have some long hours scheduled ahead of it to make it make sense.

We ran our silage choppers 7-7, six days per week, for a total of about 500 hours per year. I’d need to see the same kind of productivity from a million dollar combine to see it as worthwhile. A $100,000 combine works fine if you’re allowing time in the schedule for shorter days, breakdown time, etc.
