My daughters (7&10) who share a room had they're light bulbs removed for a week last spring because they wouldn't go to bed at night. They kept turning them on and playing.
I have also removed the flat screen tv from the wall a couple times in the past year because they wouldn't quit arguing over what they were going to watch.
