Construction outfits run a lot of equipment 20,000+ hours without thinking twice. Ag world is looking for a scrap yard if the machine has 5,000.
Many people within AG consider 4,000 high hours. It’s crazy.
To be fair, construction equipment is built different. Even farmers would agree that a 5,000 hour wheel loader is just broke in, nowhere near ready for the scrapyard.
