NEMO | What you're showing are actually trees, as opposed to what he is showing, which is good old fashioned Missouri brush, there is a huge difference. I'm with cows-n-crops a 1000 percent on this one. I have 6 strand HT, it has it's place, what he's showing isn't it. I find the post above about unplugging the fence for a long period of time, frankly unbelievable. My cows are the best fence testers there are, they always tell me when there is a problem. On my Dad's pasture farm, the neighbor and Dad didn't get along, at all. Forget the above post about conversation would help, it wouldn't. What cows-n-crops shows is the way it started, and we patched and patched. Eventually because the neighbor was unwilling to do anything, it did grow up in hedge and blackberries and multifloral rose to the point it was impenetrable. Every situation is different. What works for Ben, won't always work for the rest of us. I'm like cows-n-crops and farm a lot row crop. When it's farming time, it's go time, not trim brush off the fence time. Properly installed 5 or 6 barb works all he time | |
