Galena IL | What is equipment cost per head for feeding around 700 head? We use a TMR truck, articulated loader and Vertical beater spreader. Feed on 4 different farms ( don't want too many in one spot) so tractor mixer is to much labor/time. Interest and deprecation on those 3 pieces cost me about $58 per head. If I up grade to new I figure it will cost me about $70 per head. Are those numbers in line with others? Yards are their weather I use them or not. You say What.... Dennis | |
