I can try manually messing with the dead zones, I haven't done that. Doing the dead zone cal very consistently comes up with the ~24.5 and ~25.5 numbers. I did at least a dozen just yesterday, noting most of them. The default 27 and 27 in the loaded profile doesn't seem to make a difference for better or worse. If youre talking about p gain, adjusting gain doesn't drop the slew rate at all and doesn't raise it til I get real low, like 4ish. And once I looked up the manifold it makes sense as flow is metered in and out via an orifice.
