If its showing total pounds and moisture then the monitor is working you just have no area count coming on. Check the number on the front of the little combine on the bottom right hand corner and see if it moves up and down. Could be set wrong or just have a problem with the sensor. Also could be something goofy with autoswath if it needed a clear map bounds or something on that field.
