The Missouri numbers are pretty comical. No previous rent history?? It's because it was in CRP or pasture the year before those made up numbers. I can't swear to that on the Andrew County but I can the others. Cooked real estate agents numbers making the survey makes me think the entire survey is BS or the guy that did it is too dumb to know the difference.
