I looked at the ISU rates.
It is interesting that the average CSR2 ratings by county are a lot higher than most of what is farmed in my area.
I am glad they posted the average CSR on that survey.
It helps put things in ;perspective.
It also doesn't consider many other things, like who maintains the fence lines, dams , trees etc.
I feel these surveys are slanted in the landowners favor, as it is mostly farm managers responding to the surveys.,
The guys still paying $50 an acre never get reported, but we here all about the $500 land. | |
