Subject: RE: Raven RCM and Incommand 1200

Near Intersection of I-35 & I-90 Southern Mn.
I understand your situation but don't know the answers to your questions about using an RCM.

If I were in your situation, I would attempt to purchase a second Liquid Product Control Module on the secondary (used) market. There may be some available from folks who decide to move to the L2. My salesman mentioned to me that they had received the remainder of the new Liquid Product Control modules when production ceased. I don't know if they have all been sold. Your InCommand 1200 would need to have the multi-product unlock.

Actually in my case, I do have two Liquid Product Control modules already and my InCommand 1200s have the multi-product unlock. One LPCM lives on the corn planter for controlling Pre emerge spray with the planter. The other lives in the Hagie where it controls the spray there. I could physically move them to a bar applying NH3 and fertilizer.

Using two Liquid Product Control modules with one controlling one product and the other controlling another product is a proven setup. I don't quite do this with my planter but I do use a Liquid Product Control Module to control the spray and an Application Rate Module to monitor (but not control) my starter fertilizer in corn. This works fine.

If you would decide to go the L2 route, I don't know but assume (always dangerous) you could have one product running with a Liquid Product Control Module and the other running with a L2. Switching to two L2 modules could get a bit involved.
