coast of Maine | It was the only profitable part of the trucking biz that I quit a few years back.I took on a few municipal weekly moves and some sub work from the huge company.You need two trucks.It usually cant wait when they need it moved.Good tri axle rolloff trucks are near 250k$.Be sure you get a stinger on the truck lift.Tarping sharp loads kinda beats your tarps.You will need to become either friends or enemies with the guys who already service the area..You may need to carry a gun.I became very aware of this ,,if not you will get frigged.The garbage /refuse /disposal biz is a very protected biz from those involved.Especially east coast.But if you work with them you are fine. | |
