Had a conversation with a woman a few days ago who knew nothing about the cattle industry. Bought only grass fed beef. I told her much of it was not US raised but imported. Shocked look on her face and said "Well I don't want that". Had no idea that USDA stamp means little. Certainly willing to pay more for American raised, grass fed beef. MCOOL should be the first order of business.
