Pedee, Oregon		Check and see if there are franchise agreements in place for your city/county/township.
Who controls the landfill you'd go to? How will they react to a new hauler?
What will you do with a load that gets rejected? Charge customer more? Dump it out in their yard?

Even the big corporations (republic, WM) will come talk to you in an unfriendly manner if you cross them up. Mainefarmer is correct.
