Subject: Doing business with old men with no other management

Am thinking of putting up a bin next year the guy 15 miles away was slightly higher but usually had good service in the past the dealer 50 miles away was slightly cheaper but have never done business with him. The local guy is in his 70s and has health issues,,none of his help has anything to do with bill paying or pricing. If I stay local I have no idea if the business would stay open if the owner died. What happens if he dies between the time we decide on the deal and when it gets built. He wants 25% down and then payments when concrete is done,,,etc. Other business has several family members involved and seems more likely to be around 5 years down the line
