I don’t believe your property rights extend onto my property. Crazy I know.
I bet some places I spread manure the neighbors would appreciate I didn’t. Tuff. Only mentioned once. The guy asked if I could stock pile on a different side of the field, so I did out of respect not because I was legally obligated to.
Do I want a solar farm across the road? No! Good thing I bought the land.
