NE Nebraska | Real estate loan 7.25 fixed for 20 year as of yesterday. They did have a 5 year fixed for 6.75 then it's open market. Arm loan I believed they called it?
Edited to say 20 year fixed was pushing 7.9 right after election. So it has come down rather quickly but was told it'll probably hang in the 7.25 range and possibly head back higher in the near future.
