Quite often people would assume my father and I were brothers. Arguably we did look very much alike but we were 24 years apart in age. In fact a person I had never met, an out of town acquaintance of my dad, came up to me in town and said “I know who are!”. I responded with some comment and his next words were “you even sound like your dad!”
