East Central Arkansas | These green ones I have will turn red if left on the plant long enought or at least some of them will. Yes they ate really sweet and a different taste when they turn red. During the normal growing season once they get big or look like they have quit growing I normally harvest to take some load off the plant. Had really planned on leaving most of those peppers in the picture longer trying to get more red ones. Nighttime temps getting to close to freezing and sure didn't want all those pretty peppers damaged. Still have quiet a few peppers on the plants and have covered with a tarp tonight. | |
