NW Iowa | If it is just the hook a replacement can be fabbed up. Might not look exactly like the Deere hook. If the broken hook is cast steel it can be welded back together by some who knows what he is doing. I have broken the top hook on the 50 year old aftermarket quick hitch on the 1086 twice. I welded it the first time. Second time I had a machine shop cut out a hook from plate steel. Both times I broke it using a three point boom with dolly wheels. | |
