I'd suggest go celebrate being a family and your marriage together. Waterparks are a great winter getaway here but in your locale you could probably escape to warmth in a days drive and have family fun. Kids are grown in a heartbeat so go make memories with them. The most fun we had with our kids, besides skiing or kayaking, was taking them to educational places on vacation where they didn't know "education" was the purpose. Both are in their 20's now and they realize that and have lots of fun memories.
