Northeastern Pa. | I have a 9600 with about 5000 engine hours and never had your issues. How many hours on yours? When the motor went on our 4250 466 it blew a lot of blow by. You seem to have multiple problems. It's definitely overheating. Did you clean the weep hole out behind the air compressor to see if the water pump was leaking there? Have you ever overloaded it with starting fluid? That will do engine damage. Your info points to engine failure to me. The compression test will tell. | |
