Missouri | I don't care for food cooked with big propane fired burners I always taste the gas in the food especially quote smoked fish . never really thought about its the mercaptans how much is in the tank is directly related to how much is in the bulk tank , it dose seem to me it gets more oddores as it gets older could be my imitation . the more mercaptans is in the tank the stronger the odder , turn the tank upside down on a wheel on something you can get a pan or bucket with some dirt in it under it , let sit than drain a little out ever few days than burn or dispose of the dirt away from where you can smell it
