McCanna, ND		For a few one off holes a regular hole saw in a drill press with a lot of cutting fluid and a magnet works fine.

For the amount and size of the pieces your doing a fab shop should be able to do it competitively on a laser table.

Last thing I had made was 4x 15 rim centers from 5/8 plate. This was before Covid by a few years but material and cutting was only like $75/center.
