https://www.scotchman.com/ironworker/view/6509i HAVE AN OLD ONE. It says that a 6509 will punch 1 1/16" hole in 3/4 plate. I have done a few 1.5" in half inch plate. I have fairly good acuracey on the few holes I have punched that are that big Anular bits are good but 70 holes is a long process. I would wear out a punch or a bit if I was doing it.
