SE Washington | Thanks for the ideas. I didn't really know about annular cutters that looks like it would work better than a hole saw. I should have clarified the place that quoted $50 a plate included material. Nonetheless I think it could be done a heck of a lot cheaper maybe I'll look around for another place with a waterjet or cnc table of sorts. I even thought about setting up my own langmuir cnc table but that may be more involved than I want at the moment. I've always always wanted a mag drill, this could be the excuse to get one. I don't mind spending some time if it saves money but I would think a waterjet would knock this out quick if it were affordable. | |
