Weed burner to dry it out, or get it burning if you are lucky. Probably not your issue but was having issues with my portage and main plugging the stack last year, put a bigger draft blower on and the problem went away. Always thought it didn't burn hot enough to begin with and got worse over time, but unless central has changed yours is natural draft.
