Probably return to the Threshing Ring era. Several farmers working together to harvest crops.
Might see one of them own the machinery and custom harvest for the rest, but the chance of mutual ownership and working together as a group, at any significant scale, is zero.
Just doesn’t work with how people view/trust their neighbors today, and the dollar values in play/at risk.
Used combines twenty years from now?
