coast of Maine | There is not a hopper within 300 miles here,I never have hauled grain.But if I was wanting a trailer and I was a newbie to trucking,I would pursue a multi use unit.Belted floor or perhaps a dump as you can haul other products ,from fert to gravel to whatever your neighbor needs hauled.Then I would have a 5th wheel retrieval attachment you keep in the shop,,this if you bought a truck with modern issues.Then you can haul your rig home when it craps out ,,cause you will now need a 2nd truck anyhow if you need to move product every day and for other ideas and as the rescue truck with the 5th wheel lift. | |
