I installed a B&W turnover ball hitch in my 23 F250. It wasn’t too bad of a job. It all bolts up to the frame under the bed using existing holes. No drilling except the 3 inch hole for the ball and 4 holes for the safety chains. Much cleaner look and stronger in my opinion. Just make sure to get the right on to fit your model.
