The radius off each base seems very wide for sub inch accuracy
Higher quality equipment, along with weather modeling, is required to expand the radius on good weather days. I'm some 50 miles from a CORS, but that's too far away for calibrating my base's location.

As a general good practice for RTK, it is recommended to use shorter baselines and ideally a local base station whenever possible (base-rover set ups). Having a base station next to the RTK rover increases resilience to space weather events (as the GPS signals captured by both rover and base antennas travel the same path through the sky and are less likely to experience different delays even in a fast changing and uneven ionosphere layer).
Consider increasing satellite elevation mask to 20 degrees to disable usage of satellites that are most likely to be most affected by space weather.
Space weather can affect the performance and availability of high precision GPS (RTK, VRS and PPP), so it is advisable to monitor it in advance before field work with GPS instruments.
